1. Copyright and Trademarks

You are not allowed to copy or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way. You may not attempt to extract the source code, translate the app into other languages, or make derivative versions. The app and all related intellectual property rights belong to Mertcan Okumuslar ("Fotobooth").

2. Age Restriction

This app is suitable for users aged 4 and above. Users under the age of 4 should use this app under the guidance of a parent or guardian.

3. User Works

All photo strips and works created by you using Fotobooth are copyrighted by you. Fotobooth is not legally responsible for the content you create. You are responsible for the works you create using Fotobooth.

4. Data Backup and Loss

The app does not provide cloud backup. All photos and strips are stored locally on your device. If you delete content within the app or uninstall the app, data may be permanently lost and cannot be restored by us.

You are solely responsible for backing up your content (for example, by saving it to the Photos app or other backup services). We are not liable for any loss of photos or data.

5. Use of the App

While we endeavor to ensure the app is updated and correct at all times, we accept no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, you experience as a result of relying wholly on the app's functionality.

6. App Updates

We may update the app from time to time. The app is currently available on iOS, and you will need to download updates to continue using it. We may also stop providing the app at any time without notice. Upon termination:

• The rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end.
• You must stop using the app and, if needed, delete it from your device.

7. Payment and Subscriptions

All purchases (including subscriptions and one-time purchases) are processed by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.

Auto-Renewable Subscriptions: Fotobooth Pro is available as a monthly auto-renewable subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase.

Lifetime Purchase: Fotobooth Pro is also available as a one-time lifetime purchase. This is a non-consumable purchase that unlocks all Pro features permanently.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page and are effective immediately.
